Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Tubing Assembly Operator I to support manufacturing at our Waltham, MA facility. You will perform routine tubing assembly for Core and OEM analyzers, requiring strong manual dexterity and careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, following procedures and drawings, and ensuring quality in every assembly while meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

• High School or Trade School diploma required.
• Zero to two years in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tubing assembly operations for Core and OEM analyzers.
• Follow safety and handling requirements when using adhesives and alcohol.
• Maintain high attention to detail to achieve quality yields.
• Operate and maintain process equipment including crimp cappers, laser coders, leak testers, and cutters.
• Read and follow assembly procedures and engineering drawings.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and performance specifications.
• Meet production schedules with minimal supervision.
