Job summary

IEA Franksville Plant seeks a Fabrication Lead for the 2nd shift to supervise the Fabrication/Tube Mill crew and ensure on-time manufacturing with quality standards. Lead will develop work plans, monitor costs, and drive 6s principles across the area.

The role requires 5+ years of fabrication experience (including leadership), strong blueprint skills, and forklift certification. Includes safety compliance and team training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of fabrication experience, some as a lead/supervisor.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operator certification.
• First Responder Training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time completion of the manufacturing schedule.
• Manage workload and staffing proposals.
• Report on KPI for Fabrication area.
• Troubleshoot fabrication equipment and machinery.
• Train staff to maintain proficiency and conduct orientation.
• Maintain safe work practices and adherence to safety programs.
