A well-established, third-generation family-owned precision manufacturing company in Rochester, NY, seeks an experienced Tube Laser Operator for 1st shift. You will set up machines, perform first-piece approvals, and run production with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key duties include operating tube laser equipment, preparing jobs, coordinating with the CNC programming team, and stepping in for training new associates as needed.

Competenze

• Previous tube laser operating experience.
• Strong setup and first-piece experience.
• Experience working in precision manufacturing, sheet metal, or similar production environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Reliable and consistent work history.
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends based on business needs.

Mansioni

• Operate tube laser equipment in a production environment.
• Setup machines and prepare jobs for production.
• Complete first-piece set ups and obtain inspection approval.
• Run production according to job requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with the CNC programming team, which provides machine programs.
