Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a first-shift machine operator to load, inspect, and set up parts using gages, calipers, forklifts, and cranes.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to work orders and procedures, with a focus on premium quality and consistent productivity. Ideal candidates can read prints, follow instructions with minimal direction, and apply tube laser knowledge when available.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand work orders and follow instructions.
• Work with little direction (other than standard procedures).
• Having laser experience is preferred, especially Tube Laser.
• Ability to understand and follow MEC safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate dedication to achieving results and sustain high drive and energy.
• Knowledge of tubular steel manufacturing and fabrication processes is a PLUS!
