Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.

• Knowledge of IQMS and ability to use it for dashboards and work orders.
• Ability to interpret blueprint drawings for part numbers, tolerances, and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, adjusts, and operates machines to produce quality parts.
• Opens and closes work orders in IQMS dashboard; prints drawings.
• Performs maintenance and tooling setup; keeps tooling in top condition.
• Mentors and coaches others; may lead production team when needed.
• Follows safety requirements including PPE and JHA guidelines.
