The position requires outdoor work in mountain conditions, strong customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team. Weekend and holiday availability is needed, with attention to safety protocols and guest satisfaction.

• Able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service by checking tickets and answering questions.

• Shovel snow as needed and manage multiple positions if allowed.
