Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our on-site team at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. You will conduct testing of Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System configurations across lab setups and builds, working with government personnel and fellow testers.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a STEM BS, and experience with lab testing, data analysis, and test documentation. Travel is possible but not required; opportunities to support multiple builds and configurations

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in science, technology, engineering or mathematics or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator and Maintenance Technician
• Active Secret clearance required for the role
• Experience with CBT&E or testing in a lab environment desired

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in labs and various configurations
• Document lab results and maintain logs and change requests
• Troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations
• Perform data analysis and develop data extraction/reduction for verification
• Create and update test procedures and TVMs; generate test plans/reports
• Present testing results and briefs to management and customers
• Coordinate lab resources and personnel to build schedules and test activities
