SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to support TTWCS software testing across lab configurations (surface, subsurface, FMS) at King George, VA, with on-site work at NSWC Dahlgren.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance, a STEM bachelor’s, and experience with test plans, data analysis, and lab troubleshooting. Travel is possible but not required; compensation ranges from $68,000 to $90,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or military TTWCS ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
• Document results in lab logs and generate test plans and reports.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks as needed.
• Verify fixes and review test procedures with peers and management.
