Job summary

Space Systems Integration LLC (SSI) is seeking a Telemetry, Tracking & Satellite Control SME for a position in Colorado Springs, CO. The role supports SWAC with modeling, simulation, data analytics, and TT&C architectures across space and ground networks.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in space systems, a BS (advanced degree preferred), and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Must have overall min 9 years of experience, with a BS degree; will consider education instead of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in space and ground data networks, satellite control, and TT&C
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph; must meet SCI and SAP access requirements
• Experience with modeling and simulation to inform force design metrics
• Travel is 10%

Responsibilities

• Support SWAC Force Design analytic efforts, testing and improving software for cognitive assessment and constructive analysis
• Evaluate, modify, and test models in SPySE and other software tools
• Collaborate with fellow industry SMEs to deliver informed models
• Improve user interfaces for operators and communicate TT&C requirements for satellite tasking
• Create written and presentation products from analytic results
• Build products using Microsoft Office
