Job summary

Space Systems Integration (SSI) seeks a Telemetry, Tracking & Satellite Control SME in Colorado Springs to support SWAC analytics, modeling, and data networks across space systems. You will collaborate with program offices, IC partners, and the USSF to ensure accurate representations of architectures and capabilities in analytic events.

A BS is required with 9+ years in relevant fields. Candidate will apply modeling and simulation to force design metrics, improve interfaces for operators, and

Qualifications

• Min 9 years overall experience; BS degree required (or education substituted).
• 5+ years in space and ground data networks, satellite control, TT&C.
• Advanced degree preferred in space-relevant engineering or science.
• Experience with orbital mechanics and space control.
• Ability to model and simulate to inform force design metrics.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Support SWAC analytic efforts, improving cognitive assessment tools and models.
• Evaluate and modify models in SPySE and other software.
• Collaborate with SMEs to deliver informed models.
• Improve operator interfaces and communicate TT&C requirements for satellite tasking.
• Translate analytic results into written and presentation products.
• Build products using Microsoft Office.
