Job summary

Qualifications

• US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority).
• Minimum 10 years WGS/GSCCE operations experience.
• 2 years system administrator experience with Windows and virtual machine environment required.
• 8140 certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized technical assistance, performance analysis, and informal training in support of WGS constellation and GSCCE.
• Advising on satellite payload operations, GSCCE configuration, and anomaly resolution; analyzing telemetry, transponder usage, and throughput metrics.
• Developing quick-reference materials and scenario-based training for operators and sustainment personnel.
• Synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, enhancing system readiness, and supporting mission assurance across DoD SATCOM environments.
• Diagnosing and resolving GSCCE issues.
