Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of public sector program coordination or administrative leadership.
• Experience managing complex public programs or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of state program operations, legislative processes, procurement, and compliance requirements.
• AREC Real Estate License preferred; CRE lease negotiation experience preferred.
• Experience with property/facility management and rent rolls and operating spreadsheets.

Job description

The TSS Program Manager is a senior-level leadership position within the Department of Transformation and Shared Services responsible for strategic planning, direction, and oversight of high-impact, multi-agency programs that support statewide transformation efforts. The role involves supervising TSS Program Supervisors and Experts, coordinating with agency leadership and stakeholders, overseeing program budgets and compliance, and representing TSS at statewide planning meetings and legislative hearings.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, political science, project management, communication, or related field, plus 5 years of public sector program coordination or administrative leade
• Demonstrated experience managing complex public programs, strategic initiatives, or multi-disciplinary teams within government or large organizations
• Strong knowledge of state program operations, legislative processes, procurement protocols, and compliance requirements
• AREC Real Estate License preferred
• Commercial real estate knowledge/experience and CRE lease negotiation experience preferred
• Experience with property/facility management and working knowledge of rent rolls and operating spreadsheets
