Job summary

The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a TSPLOST Project Delivery Unit Manager to lead staff, consultants, and right‑of‑way activities across the full project life cycle. You will establish strong project‑controls practices and drive TSPLOST capital delivery in a dynamic public works environment.

Ideal candidates bring seven years of capital project delivery experience, PMP certification, and proficiency with Trimble Unity Construct and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven years in public works or capital project delivery; supervisory experience.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within two years of hire.
• Experience with Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder and Primavera P6; strong project-controls background.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery Unit staff and consultants; ensure accountability and delivery.
• Coordinate capital portfolio planning with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and critical-path analysis.
