The City of Sandy Springs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead municipal facility projects from planning to closeout, acting as owner’s representative and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and City staff.

You will manage budgets and schedules, review designs for constructability, support procurement, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on complex projects that benefit the community.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in construction program management or related field.
• Equivalent mix of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license and be able to operate City-issued vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and management for facility-related construction projects for the City.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and City departments.
• Assist with procurement materials including RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents.
• Review design drawings for constructability and schedule impacts; monitor budgets and schedules.
