Vantor is seeking a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator in Longmont, Colorado. The role combines 24/7 monitoring with system administration duties, coordinating with IT, Mission Operations, Customer Service, and Software Development to resolve incidents and keep stakeholders informed.

Minimum qualifications include US citizenship, active security clearance (Secret with potential TS/SCI), and an active Security+ or equivalent within six months.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Active Security+ certification or plan to obtain within six months of employment.
• Associate degree in computer science or information systems or related field; two years of relevant technical troubleshooting may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends; Back Half Night Shift schedule (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) with specific days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise, factory, and platform systems and applications.
• Create and manage tickets; lead incident resolution.
• Collaborate with service owner teams to monitor and elevate events.
• Manage incidents, adjust alarm thresholds, and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Communicate incidents and system status to stakeholders; maintain customer-focused approach.
