Job summary
Vantor is seeking a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator in Longmont, CO to monitor enterprise, factory, and platform systems, manage tickets, and coordinate incident responses 24/7. The role requires a Secret clearance, Security+ certification, and the ability to work a 12-hour Back Half Night Shift with some weekend work.
The candidate should have an associate degree in a related field and hands-on troubleshooting experience, plus familiarity with VMware, Kubernetes, and cloud
Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Active Security+ certification required or within six months of employment.
- Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; two years of relevant troubleshooting experience may substitute for the degree.
Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise systems, create and manage tickets, and resolve incidents.
- Escalate events to service owner teams and monitor thresholds.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and assist with system administration tasks.
- Communicate incidents and status to stakeholders, maintaining high service quality.
