Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Security Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Specialist to develop and maintain TSCM programs within the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, TSCM certification, and extensive TEMPEST experience.

You will conduct physical and technical assessments, TEMPEST surveys, and acoustic testing, while researching policy at the agency and ICD level.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• TSCM Certified with TEMPEST experience.
• Expert knowledge of radio frequencies and direction-finding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform TSCM inspections.
• Conduct TEMPEST surveys and mitigations.
• Conduct acoustic testing for ICD 705 waiver requirements.
• Research and develop policy at the agency and ICD level.
