Job summary

Leidos LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Security TSCM Program Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities across sensitive environments.

You will conduct physical and technical assessments, TEMPEST surveys, and acoustic testing, and research policy at agency and ICD levels. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph and TSCM certification; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10–13 years, depending on skills and experience.
• TSCM certification and TEMPEST assessment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate.
• Perform TSCM inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
• Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
• Research and develop policy and instruction at agency/ICD level.
