Job summary

VTG Defense seeks an experienced Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Professional to join our Bethesda, MD team. You will conduct physical and technical assessments, TSCM inspections, TEMPEST surveys, and acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• TSCM Certification with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
• Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections.
• Conduct TEMPEST surveys and recommend mitigations.
• Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
• Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.
