Xcelerate Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Specialist with TS/SCI and CI Poly to lead TSCM programs on a mission-focused program. The role focuses on assessing security gaps and guiding leadership on mitigations.

The position requires hands-on TSCM work, TEMPEST surveys, RF analysis, and collaboration with CI and insider threat teams. A strong security operations background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 – 13 years of relevant experience, with the final level determined based on the skills, education, and experience of the selected candidate.
• TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
• Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
• General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
• Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
• Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
• Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.
