Job summary

Distributed Solutions, Inc. (DSI) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our team.

You will design and deliver training for company software, develop manuals, and create web-based modules using Adobe Captivate. Responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness, staying current with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer education or a similar field.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Must have active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Leadership skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze work procedures to identify training needs.
• Design and deliver training sessions on company software applications.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and other training materials.
• Create web-based training modules, video tutorials, and SOP scripts using Adobe Captivate.
• Ensure training programs comply with standards and regulations.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends through workshops and publications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute training plans.
• Research and recommend tools to optimize training processes.
• Maintain a library of training resources and track progress.
• Conduct training via webinars, one-on-one sessions, and video conferences.
