Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, 4 years may be in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience as a training instructor providing in-person and/or virtual learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Formulating teaching outline and determining instructional methods.
• Developing curricula and learning objectives and course materials.
• Developing tests and visual aids, conducting training classes, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Keeping abreast of training and development research and methods.
• Ensuring all products adhere to customer and community standards.
