Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience; master's and 6+ years; 4 years in lieu of degree accepted.
• Experience with complex, multi-segment system development, integration and test in hardware/software.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Experience writing briefs and developing strategic communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project documentation, cost tracking, and master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or more customers with project management.
• Collaborate with customers and projects across the organization.
• Support programmatic and technical forums.
• Maintain project plans and track milestones, schedules, risks, and actions.
• Assist with duty to review and ensure documentation aligns with requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate PMRs, including briefings and financial tracking.
• Assist with inspections to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Maintain action-tracking for all project-related items.
• Support technical exchanges among contractors and customer experts.
• Prepare and maintain SOWs, SRS, ICDs, CONOPs, RFCs, Test Plans, and related docs.
