Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Project Management System Integrator (PMSI) to join our team in McLean, VA, supporting a classified customer. You will lead program management, track milestones, costs, and risks, and coordinate across multiple contractors and customer forums.

The role emphasizes development of PM plans, CDR/PDR/CIR participation, and maintaining key documents such as SOWs, SRS, ICDs, and CONOPS. On-site with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; higher degrees reduce experience requirements.
• Experience in complex system development, integration and verification, and documentation.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support to customers and projects across the organization.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and cost tracking; coordinate PMRs.
• Prepare and maintain SOWs, SRS, ICDs, CONOPS, RFCs, test plans and other docs.
• Review milestone documentation and attend CIR/PDR/CDR meetings; document results.
