Job summary

Leidos is seeking a System Integration Engineer to install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for evaluation in a lab environment. You will support customers conducting experiments and work within a security-focused operations team.

Qualified candidates will have strong Linux experience, systems/network administration, and IAT-I certification. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for consideration. This role is based in Fort Meade, MD as part of the Intel sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in network/systems engineering or IT.
• IAT-I certification such as Network+ CE or Security+ CE is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for technical evaluation.
• Support a lab environment providing help for customers developing and testing experiments.
• Participate in security best practices and infrastructure hardening.
