Job summary

Leidos seeks an entry-level Systems Engineer to help design, integrate, and test mission-critical systems in a SCIF environment. You will work with Government stakeholders on high-priority national security missions and contribute to requirements analysis and technical documentation.

Qualifications include ABET-accredited engineering or CS/Math/Physics degree with 1 year experience, active TS/SCI/polygraph clearance, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) with no experience, OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics plus 1 year of relevant systems engineering experience.
• For non-ABET programs: degree must include differential and integral calculus plus 5 of 18 specified technical areas.
• Active TS/SCI/polygraph clearance required.
• Ability to work in a SCIF environment.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as mission requires.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing system requirements, specifications, and CONOPs based on stakeholder engagement
• Support functional analysis, interface definition, and development of data-flow diagrams and system design artifacts
• Contribute to integration and testing efforts following NSA Test and Evaluation policies; develop test plans and analyze results
• Assist with configuration management, troubleshooting, and implementation of system changes
• Support development of Interface Control Documents (ICDs), XML schemas, and metadata models
