Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to blend systems analysis, technical support, and expert documentation for critical intelligence community systems. You will translate complex needs into actionable insights, robust documentation, and effective solutions, collaborating with users, developers, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

Active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of the degree
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IC tools/capabilities experience
Minimum 2 years as a technical writer on programs/contracts of similar scope
Solid understanding of product workflows in operational environments
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

Responsibilities

Collect, clarify, and define client requirements; guide on process best practices
Conduct business and systems analysis to improve workflows
Partner with clients to understand needs and develop viable solutions
Produce functional design specifications aligned to user and operational requirements
Address complex user inquiries and ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction
Serve as primary communication bridge to the CSC team for operational awareness
Provide troubleshooting across data, networks, hardware, and software
Collaborate with end-users, management, IT, vendors, and Government stakeholders
Identify recurring user challenges and work with dev/UX/product teams to resolve them
Prepare, review, update, and maintain technical documentation across engineering, operations, testing, and user support
Write and edit installation guides, configuration docs, how-to resources, system engineering docs
Develop code documentation, implementation guides, and end-user guides
Maintain operations docs, SOPs, data definitions, and data flow documentation
Manage internal documentation library and ensure 508 compliance in layouts
Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences
Provide onboarding and guidance to junior team members
Support help desk technicians and maintain ticket-tracking tools
