Job summary

CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer and Technical Writer to develop and manage technical documentation, SOPs, and communications for government-facing programs. You will translate complex systems into clear, concise materials for engineers, managers, and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical writing experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with program leadership and government partners, with up to 25%

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance to start; SCI eligibility required.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, IT, or related field.
3+ years of technical writing or technical communications experience.
Proven ability to develop/edit technical documentation and executive-level communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and maintain program documentation, SOPs, and presentations.
Define customer requirements for RF solutions and derive system requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and government stakeholders to ensure accurate outputs.
Conduct quality reviews of key client deliverables (TDPs, PMRs, governance slides).
Create internal/external communications and CM documentation.
Develop and maintain documentation standards and terminology.
Coordinate document quality control and final publication.
