Job summary

Red Arch Solutions in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Systems Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems under a PRIME contract. The role includes managing IT infrastructure and assisting users.

Required: experience with Windows and Linux, CLI, and tools like Trellix, Active Directory, Splunk, PuTTY. Active TS/SCI with polygraph and 5 years SA experience; bachelor degree or 5 more years of experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 5 years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5 years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
