Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience and a BS degree required.
• Experience supporting IT systems, networks, and servers.
• Ability to configure and maintain UNIX and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related software.
