Qualifications

• Must have experience as a systems administrator providing direct support to end users and technical staff.
• Proficient with Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory.
• Experience with software/hardware deployment, patches and backup/restore.
• Experience with SALT, Ansible, Splunk, Puppet, SolarWinds, Nessus.
• Experience with Red Hat and VMware.
• Solid understanding of advanced security protocols and standards.
• Experience with Client and Server virtualization environments.
• Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reimaging hardware.
• Solid understanding of information security principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install applications, administer systems, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain server and desktop configurations for continuous operation.
• Perform security management and application performance optimization.
• Create and maintain documentation of complex server environments for incident resolution.
• Coordinate with users and support personnel regarding outages and upgrades.
