Job summary
Akina Inc. is seeking a System Engineer 0or1 for Fort Meade, Maryland to analyze requirements and lead system design and integration efforts. Clearance TS/SCI - Polygraph is required.
Position involves developing requirements, architecture, and technical leadership across government-facing projects. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, feasibility assessments, and coordination with government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities for system requirements.
- Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through SE management and test plans.
- Interact with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
