Akina, Inc. is seeking a senior SA to join our Fort Meade team, supporting IT systems deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance within a TS/SCI-Polygraph environment.

The role emphasizes Tier 3 problem resolution, infrastructure management and coordinating status with agency leadership. Salary ranges from $224k to $274k annually, with full benefits including 24 PTO days, holidays, 401k vesting and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• IT system infrastructure management.
• Day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support for the dispatch system and hardware problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Handle day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve Tier 3 problems.
• Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support for dispatch system and hardware问题.
