Job summary

Core One in Stafford, Virginia seeks a seasoned security analyst to support the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP). You will draft SOPs, support declassification programs, and help implement security and counterintelligence policies.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will collaborate with agency directors, track data spills, and maintain security education materials across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Experience developing ISP training presentations and briefs.
• Experience reviewing security classifications and marking on DCSA Form 58 packages.
• Experience tracking data spills, infractions, and SPOT reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the execution of the Agency’s ISP, including classification/declassification and security education programs.
• Draft SOPs with implementing guidance to standardize agency processes, per Government PO guidance.
• Support the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
• Support the Agency Mandatory Declassification Program and process review requests.
• Provide security and Counterintelligence ISP support agency-wide.
• Develop, coordinate and implement Security and Counterintelligence policies; report non-compliance.
• Collaborate with DCSA Directorates and Field Offices to publish security procedures.
• Offer recommendations for intra- and inter-Agency coordination to leadership.
