Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Field Service Technician for a fully onsite position in Boyers, PA to support the DCSA/One IT program. An active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility and IAT-II certification are required. Target salary is $80k annually.

The role involves on-site and remote IT support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting in classroom environments as needed within a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and Six (6) or more years of related experience. Two (2) additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• IAT-II Certification (i.e., Security + CE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site and remote IT service delivery to DCSA users.
• Handles IT service requests and incident resolution with minimal user impact.
• Maintains knowledge base and supports classroom and staff computers on site.
