Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) One IT program; this is an ONSITE position out of Stafford, VA. All qualified candidates must possess a TS/SCI and a Sec+ certification.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of related experience.
• US Citizen with Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• IAT-II Certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, Security+ CE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site IT support to DCSA end users and remote assistance as needed.
• Handles customer service requests and IT service delivery within the environment.
• Coordinates with desk-side and service-desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Tracks service requests beyond first call resolution and maintains knowledge base.
• Produces weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc customer service reports.
