Job summary

CACI International invites applications for a Storage Services Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency under the CIS program. This full-time role requires TS/SCI clearance, and up to 10% travel across the Continental US, with a focus on secure storage systems and SDLC support.

You will manage data shares, perform backups and DR/COOP exercises, monitor performance, patch storage nodes, and develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly.
• NCDA – ONTAP or equivalent OEM storage certification.
• DOD 8140 certification (Security+ or higher).
• AA/BS/MS/PhD with corresponding years of experience (see ad).
• 6+ years hands-on enterprise storage systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical member of a 24/7 global storage operations team.
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and break/fix for storage hardware and software.
• Provision and manage data shares, allocations, throughput, and permissions.
• Execute backups, replication, verification, and restoral services; participate in DR/COOP.
• Monitor capacity and SLAs; patch management across storage nodes.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles for contract deliverables.
