Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a Software Engineer from junior to senior levels to contribute to SDLC within an Agile team in the Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will work on server-side logic and client web UI using Java, Python, and C/C++, with opportunities in Angular, XML, and related tech.

Applicants must have TS/SCI with Polygraph on Day One and strong Java experience with Spring/JEE.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and substantial software engineering experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Java and multiple Java frameworks.
• Must have experience with JavaScript, Python, C/C++, Groovy, SQL languages.
• Experience with IDEs such as Eclipse, VS Code, Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server.
• Experience with Web UI development (Angular, HTML, CSS) and web services.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and independent, collaborative work.
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph required on Day One.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software within an Agile team using SDLC best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and PI planning; design, implement, test, and deploy features.
• Engineer, document, and optimize automation scripts and DevOps processes.
