Job summary

Seekr is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to mature and manage our government security program in accordance with NISPOM and ICDs. You will act as Assistant Facility Security Officer, oversee security of classified programs, and ensure compliance across personnel, information, and facilities.

You will support collider DoW programs, administer security education and insider threat initiatives, and coordinate with government customers.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; willingness to obtain additional accesses.
• Minimum 5 years in DoW/IC security roles.
• Experience as FSO or CSSO.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs.
• Experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS.
• Skilled in DD Form 254s, briefings.
• Security training and Insider Threat program experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FSO as Assistant Facility Security Officer for program maturation.
• Manage security of classified programs, personnel, information per regulations.
• Support collateral DoW programs and CSSO duties on government contracts.
• Oversee protection of classified, CUI, and proprietary information.
• Develop and implement personnel security procedures and access controls.
• Conduct security orientation, refresher training, and briefings.
• Process, track, file and report foreign travel.
• Support Insider Threat Program objectives.
• Oversee physical security and ICD 705 compliant facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
