Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Science and Technology Program Analyst to support requirements analysis and program management for ISR projects. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and relevant experience with LOEs and field exercises.

You will develop plans, manage databases, coordinate meetings, and deliver written analyses and after-action reports to meet objectives. On-site work with government and contractor teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in program management life cycle, OT&E and field engineering practices.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• PC with standard business software programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Requirements Officer by researching and analyzing requirements for validating proposed technical solutions.
• Develop project plans, test plans and briefs.
• Enter data, maintain and update databases.
• Coordinate LOEs and field exercises and produce written reports.
• Analyze specialized ISR capabilities and provide written analyses of options.
• Plan meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor S&T development efforts and identify technologies for new projects.
• Attend meetings and field exercises; produce AARs and trip reports.
• Provide admin support and SME input for S&T, Requirements, and Resourcing efforts.
