Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies is seeking a Rules Analyst 2 (Legal/Policy Docs – Intel Community) in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role analyzes legal and policy documents to extract key information and identify compliance obligations.

Responsibilities include developing machine-readable rules, supporting policy guidance, and creating user guides. Candidates should have TS/SCI with a polygraph and a strong background in compliance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• A Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight years of experience.
• Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information in accordance with established guides and procedures.
• Identify compliance obligations in documents and design/maintain controls and machine-readable rules to enable compliance automation.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the development of mission compliance-related policy and guidance.
