Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph is required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities.
• Master’s degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience.
• Four additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree, total 14 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per guides and procedures.
• Identify compliance obligations per established procedures.
• Use MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro for document work.
• Use Confluence and JIRA for task tracking and documentation.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences.
• Analyze compliance obligations to design and maintain controls and machine-readable rules.
• Provide subject matter expertise to mission compliance policy and guidance.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing documents.
