Government customers, enabling automated solutions that strengthen national security. The Level 2 Rules Analyst will analyze documents, identify obligations, prepare reports, and create user guides while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• A Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the requirement.
• Four additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information.
• Identify compliance obligations in documents according to procedures.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for a wide range of audiences.
• Analyze compliance obligations to identify, design, and maintain controls and machine-readable rules.
• Provide SME support to the development of policy and guidance.
• Create and maintain user guides for analyzing documents.
• Familiarity with Customer authorities demonstrated with practical experience.
