Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Requirements Analyst for an opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role focuses on eliciting and analyzing IT requirements, interfacing with IT teams, and serving as the liaison between customers and implementation groups.

A current TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph is required for consideration. The position emphasizes documenting requirements, conducting reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or similar scope within Federal Government or Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from customers and analyze IT needs.
• Interface with IT professionals to document and disseminate information about software and hardware.
• Act as liaison between customers and implementation teams.
• Contribute to IT program efforts by validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements.
• Prepare requirement status reviews and assess provisioning of requirements.
• Verify compliance with regulatory requirements and address issues.
