Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation and plan for system engineering management and test activities.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and interface definitions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Provide input to program plans, work breakdown structures, and interface control documents.
