Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires two (2) years of relevant experience in requirements gathering or similar scope and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs.
• Interface with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information related to software and hardware.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations.
• Directly contribute to IT program/project efforts (e.g., validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements).
• Report on technical progress, identify resolutions for problem areas, and write/review technical documentation.
• Record requirements in Remedy, SM 7, and Templates.
• Create and deliver statistical data.
• Write and collect requirement procedures.
• Review requirements for clarity and completeness; resolve conflicts.
• Prepare requirement status reviews and other formal reviews.
• Review and provide recommendations for provisioning of requirements.
• Verify compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements to avoid misroutes.
• Communicate issues and identify solutions.
• Verify that requirements strategies are addressed.
