Two Six Technologies is seeking a Release Train Engineer to balance full stack development with release engineering, owning the software delivery pipeline across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments. You will orchestrate release flows, ensure compatibility, and maintain deployment standards.

This role requires 3+ years in software development, strong Git and CI/CD skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph willingness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Mastery of Git workflows, complex merge strategies, conflict resolution, and release branching strategies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, build automation, and code-review workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate releases under pressure and resolve engineering bottlenecks diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Software Engineering (~60%): design, implement, and maintain scalable feature code across the full technology stack.
• Release Engineering & Pipeline Governance (~40%): coordinate and execute deployment cycles across DEV, TEST, and PROD and ensure BE/FE compatibility.
