Jet Propulsion Laboratory seeks a Project Resource Analyst in Pasadena, CA. The role focuses on cost control, planning, and analysis for complex programs. You will partner with Program Management as a primary finance focal point, ensuring accurate budgets, forecasts, and earned value management.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, with opportunity to impact national space initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in business or similar, plus 6+ years of related experience or equivalent

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance and ability to work with sensitive information.
• Advanced knowledge of project planning, control, and earned value management.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WBS, WBS Dictionary, and RACI matrix.
• Monitor funding placement on contract and estimate fund exhaustion.
• Develop and update SOW, BOE, and cost estimates using history and supporting docs.
• Analyze PPBE, Institutional Forecast, cost phasing, and NF533 reporting.
• Develop time-phased budgets and EACs; analyze trends and risks.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly project financial reports.
• Conduct performance analyses including budget/forecast variance and EVM.
• Collaborate on teams across the organization to achieve goals.
