Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California seeks a Project Schedule Analyst to join the Flight Projects Directorate on a dynamic program. You will build and maintain integrated master schedules, analyze schedule integrity, and report schedule risks to engineering leaders.

You will work with the Project Resource Analyst team, use MS Project Server, support monthly change boards, perform what-if analyses, and generate Earned Value data to inform baselines and forecasts.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and earned value.
• Ability to interface with program management, technical teams, and industry partners.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report schedule metrics.
• Assess baseline integrity and communicate schedule/cost risks.
• Coordinate with PRA to implement cost-schedule integration.
• Maintain detailed network schedules in MS Project Server and analyze data for reporting.
• Support Change Control Board meetings and incorporate baselines into EAC.
• Produce high-level schedule reports for engineering partners and leadership.
• Conduct what-if analyses and generate back-up data for EV reporting.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities and present key takeaways.
