Job summary

Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California seeks a Project Schedule Analyst to build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyze schedule data, and report on schedule concerns and metrics. You will validate baselines, identify anomalies, and work with the PRA to ensure cost and schedule integration for monthly reporting.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and strong MS Project/MS Office skills, with collaboration across program management, engineering, and technical teams

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor degree with 6+ years of experience; Master with 4+ years; or PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and control, including budgeting, scheduling, performance measurements, and earned value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experienced with MS Project and Milestones Professional.

Responsibilities

• Build Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and maintain/analyze schedule data and metrics.
• Assess and validate baseline integrity; identify anomalies and critical path.
• Collaborate with PRA to implement cost-schedule integration.
• Maintain detailed network schedules in MS Project Server; perform DCMA 14-Point data extraction.
• Support monthly change control board meetings and incorporate Baseline Change Requests.
• Present high-level schedule reports to engineering partners.
• Conduct what-if scenarios and generate Quantifiable Back-up Data (QBD) for Earned Value reporting.
• Identify schedule risks and impact, communicate to leadership.
• Assist in integrating schedule impact artifacts into presentation packages.
